1. Raw Material Preprocessing System

 

Crusher  

Types: Jaw crusher, impact crusher, hammer crusher, etc.  

Function: Crushes large limestone blocks into particles of 30-50mm to meet the requirements for kiln calcination.  

 

Vibrating Screen  

Function: Screens the crushed limestone to separate unqualified particles (oversized particles are returned for re-crushing, while undersized particles may be used for other purposes).  

 

Belt Conveyor  

Function: Transports the crushed limestone to the raw material silo or preheating system.  

 

2. Calcination System (Core Section)  

 

Vertical Kiln Body  

Types: Mixed-feed vertical kiln (equipped with a distributor), gas-fueled vertical kiln (e.g., natural gas, coal gas).  

Structure: Includes the kiln body (steel shell with refractory brick lining), discharge device, ventilation system, etc.
