TECNOLOGICAL PROCESS

 

(1) Feeding
The feeding process is as follows: the limestone from the kiln top receiving silo is fed into the material cup of the distributor through a feeder. The feeding process is completed through fabric distribution and spreading.
(2) Calcination
Limestone undergoes the conversion process from limestone to lime in the kiln through pre heating, calcination, and cooling zones. From the top of the stone to the top of the calcination zone is the pre heating zone, and from the outlet of the fuel spray gun to the pre heating zone is the calcination zone.
(3) Discharge
The finished lime, which has been calcined and cooled by the kiln barrel, is discharged into the kiln bottom silo through 16 unloading platforms and ash unloaders located at the bottom of the kiln barrel.
The finished lime from the kiln bottom silo is sent to the finished product silo through the kiln bottom discharge machine and conveyor belt.
The average flow rate of finished products in the discharge system is 15t/h, and the production capacity of each equipment should consider the relationship between instantaneous flow rate and average flow rate, with appropriate margin left.
